SUMMETIX PRO takes massive amount of text and condense this into key statements. Customer feedback (or other input text) is reduced to key information, i.e. meaningful statements about specific error patterns, but also product strengths and weaknesses.
These statements are sorted in similar groups where each group represent a similar argument. These groups of arguments are then combined into clusters, which are visualised in the SUMMETIX PRO dashboard. In the example of product reviews, clusters contain repeatedly mentioned product problems and strengths.
